Director of Operations

Matthew Harmon

CFI/CFII

Matt discovered his passion for aviation early—taking his first flight at just 7 years old, and was flying inverted by the age of 8. That early spark grew into a lifelong commitment to the skies and a career dedicated to helping others achieve their own dreams of flight.

Driven by a love for both flying and teaching, Matt finds his greatest reward in watching students succeed. His passion led him to launch a flight school, focused on using next-generation training aircraft and offering instruction at an affordable rate—making the skies more accessible to all aspiring pilots.

Director of Maintenance

Christian Ruby

CFI/CFII

Christian always had a mind for technical work, but the thrill and freedom of flying quickly outshined a future behind a desk. What started as a practical decision—choosing the cockpit over engineering—evolved into a full-fledged career in aviation, driven by both passion and purpose.

Christian enjoys working closely with students, helping them set goals and achieve milestones as they grow into safe, confident pilots. His commitment to accessible, high-quality training led him to start his own flight school, where he continues to mentor the next generation of aviators.

Flight Instructor

Josh Mamajek

CFI/CFII

Aviation has been part of Josh's life from the beginning. Growing up with an FA-18 pilot as a father and living near MCAS Cherry Point, he was surrounded by aviation from a young age. His passion took flight after his first general aviation experience at age 11.

Josh became a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) in July 2023, having trained at Charleston Southern University, and has since been dedicated to helping students reach their full potential as pilots. With experience across multiple aircraft types, he prioritizes teaching safe, confident flying with a focus on skill and respect for aviation.

Flight Instructor

Noah Schaser

CFI/CFII

Growing up just 30 minutes from the world’s largest airshow—EAA AirVenture Oshkosh—Noah was exposed to aviation often. Visits to the show sparked a deep admiration for flight that never left him. After starting his career as an investments accountant, Noah realized his true passion lay in aviation and made the leap into the pilot's seat.

Noah is committed to developing safe, skilled pilots who respect the responsibility and privilege of flying. He brings a well-rounded perspective to the cockpit, having flown a variety of aircraft and trained at several flight schools across the country.
